This is a brand new, sealed copy of D'Angelo's sophomore studio album, Voodoo, originally released in 2000. The album was recorded between 1998 and 1999 at Electic Lady Studios in NYC, as a part of the Soulquarian's legendary album run of D'Angelo, Erykah Badu, Common and the Roots. The album was produced mostly by D'Angelo himself, and featues a loose groove based funk sound departing from the styles used on Brown Sugar. The album debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 selling over 300,000 copies its first week and spent 33 weeks on the charts. It was promoted by a handful of singles, starting with the smash hit "Untitled (How Does It Feel)" whose video garnered D'Angelo mainstream attention.
