We prefer records in the following genres: funk, soul, hip-hop, R&B and jazz.

However, we won’t turn you away if you have records in other genres!

Since we do not have a storefront, we will contact you to schedule a time to meet and look at your records. We are happy to meet at your home, or somewhere convenient to where you live.

Before we make a cash offer, we look at the condition of the albums (including the album cover/sleeve) and the demand for the albums you have to sell.

As a rule of thumb, we can typically offer anywhere from 10-30% of the resell value in our store to allow for positive profit margins.

Additionally, if you are selling albums in bulk, we cannot provide a cash offer per album, only for the entire lot or collection. The same applies for determining offer amount - we will consider the price and demand for the albums you have.

Of course! If you’d rather trade your records in to purchase something we have online, you can certainly do so! When opting for trade in credit, we will offer 1.5x the amount of the cash offer. For example, if we offer $50 in cash, your store credit offer will be $75.
